We want you to love your new shoes as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure soles are unmarked and items are returned in 'like-new' condition to qualify for a full refund.

Print Your Label
Choose between a refund to your original payment method or an instant store credit, then download and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back in their original Charlotte Stone box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your return has been processed at our warehouse.
